We have now moved our sessions online.
We are holding them every Monday evening at 6pm using Facebook Live.
Please see our FAQs below for more information on how to join in.
How do I watch?
The live stream will be available on the main InterSci Facebook page at 6pm, it will appear at the top of the page, or you can go to the video tab. Click on the live video to make the video full screen on your device.
How do I ask questions/react?
Once the video is full screen on your device you can type comments that will be visible to the speaker and they will respond in real-time. You can also react with emojis to show the speaker how you feel about their talk – thumbs up, happy face, sad face, confused face.
Can the speaker hear the audience?
During the live stream the speaker will not be able to see or hear you, they can only see the comments you type under the live video.
How do I turn off the live stream?
You can press go back or exit the full screen and then you can go to a different page and stop watching the live stream.
Can I watch the video after the live stream has ended?
Yes, the video will be available to watch on the InterSci page under videos. You cannot ask questions to the speaker once the video has ended.
